It is our aim for the website to be always up and running, however we cannot guarantee this.

Riders Motorcycle Clothing cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order. We will try and update stock levels as regularly as we can.  The colours of the products shown in the pictures in the Riders Motorcycle Clothing shop can differ from their actual colors. Riders Motorcycle Clothing cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. 

Prices
All prices for Riders Motorcycle Clothing are stated in GBP. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs. Riders Motorcycle Clothing reserve the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout purchase. 

Payment
Riders Motorcycle Clothing accepts payment by VISA / Mastercard / Amercian Express / Euro Card / PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure, and are processed through paypal. 

Returns
All sales are subject to a 7 day cooling off period. If during this time you discover the item is faulty or does not fit you'll be entitled to a replacement item. If the item appears to be damaged, used or tampered with you will not be entitled to a replacement item.

Shipping
All Vcan & Rayven items are shipped special delivery at the cost of £7.50 (Unless free delivery promotion is active). All other brands with be shipped standard delivery (3 - 6 business days) at the set price. Riders Motorcycle Clothing will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.
